Instant Pot Mixed Dal

During the holidays it is so hard to eat good, but after Thanksgiving was over I really just wanted some comfort food but healthyish. So made this simple IP mixed dal that you can eat with rice, roti, or paratha! Honestly I could eat this all on by itself. It’s like having soup on a cold night, it’s warm, comforting, and hearty! It’s perfect for a weeknight dinner, when you need to get dinner on the table real fast. The leftovers make the best lunch. Hope this brings some comfort to you and your family.

Stay happy, stay hungry!
