Fruit Virgin Mojito

Presenting my mom’s famous virgin mojito, she makes this at almost every party we have as a non-alcoholic drink. This an Indian version of a non-alcoholic mojito, and let me tell you it is a damn good one. My mom made this at my bridal shower 6 years ago and it’s been our go to virgin drink. I have been talking about making this recipe since the summer, but I guess I was just way to pregnant. Also the fact that my mom just gives me ingredients and never measurement is hard lol. Honestly that’s how I cook too when I’m not blogging it, eyeball and taste test makes for the best recipes. SO try this recipe and adjust the taste to your liking!!

You can add any fruit, if it were summer I would’ve added mangoes to it. I used trader joe’s sparkling lemonade so it added a little bit of fizz to the drink. You can just use regular if you don’t like the fizz. If you are making this for a party double or triple the recipe according to your guest size. Serve it in a dispenser or a big pitcher. Also if you want to make this an alcoholic beverage just take out the masalas and add a shot or two of rum in it! This is a no judgement zone, you do you boo!

Stay happy, stay hungry!
